One trading account, individual participation

A manager trades a dedicated MT5 account containing participating capital. The CRM records each investor’s share, contributions, withdrawals and closed-period results. It is important to distinguish the pooled trading account from the investor’s own participation records.

In this implementation, PAMM does not copy each trade to the investor’s personal trading account. That is a different workflow. The trading account, the share ledger and the investor cabinet each serve a separate purpose.

An example of proportional allocation

Suppose two investors contribute $1,000 and $3,000. Before fees, their shares are 25% and 75%. If a closed period earns $400, the corresponding gross results are $100 and $300.

With a 20% performance fee and all of that profit eligible above each investor’s High Water Mark, the fees are $20 and $60. The resulting investor capital is $1,080 and $3,240. The $80 fee reserve is tracked separately. This is a simplified illustration, not a trading record or expected result.

What changes when capital enters or leaves

A contribution or withdrawal changes the participation ledger. It should not be presented as trading profit. The CRM’s fund-performance index is adjusted using closed-period results, so money entering or leaving the fund does not itself create a return.

An individual investor’s result can differ from the general fund index because participation dates, capital amounts and applicable fees differ. Read the personal investor report when assessing your own participation.

Requests are a process, not an instant transfer

An investor submits a request through the cabinet. The fund’s rules determine its settlement schedule and admission limits. In the documented CRM release, financial settlement requires trading to be disabled on the pooled account and positions and pending orders to be closed.

The CRM checks the accounts and records the financial stages. A request can remain pending or require reconciliation; submission alone does not prove that money has arrived or been withdrawn.

What to read before participating

Look at the broker connection, currency, strategy explanation, observation dates, minimum contribution, performance fee and settlement terms. Read the difference between closed-period drawdown and losses on open positions.
